Specific Procurement Notice

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Togo are collaborating to develop a compact by the end of 2024. The focus is on addressing energy and digital sector constraints. They are considering investments in energy generation, transmission, distribution, access, and digital connectivity, among others. The Togo Compact Programme Implementation Unit (CMC-Togo) is seeking consultancy services for energy infrastructure feasibility studies and institutional reform. Interested companies can submit proposals following the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on October 11, 2023. Proposals must be submitted electronically by November 3, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.v
